Pricing

One credit, one credential

You buy credits up front and spend one each time you issue a certificate or a badge. There is no monthly fee, no per-recipient fee, and nothing to cancel. The figures below are what actually leaves your account, VAT included.

Per certificate or badge

₦1,075

₦1,000 plus VAT of ₦75.

Minimum purchase — 50 credits

₦53,750

₦50,000 plus VAT of ₦3,750. Use them whenever you like.

Paying more than that buys more credits at the same rate — there is no volume discount, and we would rather say so than imply one. If you are issuing at a scale where that matters, talk to us and we will invoice you directly.

When a credit is actually spent

When a credential is created, not when you paste a list. That distinction is worth more than it sounds, because recipient lists are messy in predictable ways.

  • Duplicates cost nothing. If the same address appears twice in one batch, or a recipient already holds that award, the line is skipped and no credit is spent on it. The review screen shows the most a batch can cost before anything is issued, so you are never charged for more than you approve.
  • A batch you cannot afford is refused whole. Nothing is part-issued. If you paste 200 names with 150 credits on your account, the batch is declined and nothing is created — you top up and run it again.
  • A credential we fail to produce gets the credit back. Rendering and signing happen after issuance. If a credential cannot be published it is never shown to anyone, and your dashboard marks the row as needing attention and says it was charged for. Tell us and the credit returns to your balance.

Three things to know before you buy

None of these is buried in the contract. They are the terms most likely to matter to you later, so they belong on the page that asks for your money.

Credits expire after 5 years
Counted from the day of purchase, and the date for each purchase is shown in your dashboard. Buy roughly what you expect to issue rather than stockpiling against a price rise.
Credits are not refundable for cash
Once bought they stay as credits. That is the ordinary trade for prepayment, and it is why the minimum is 50 rather than something larger. Putting a credit back after we fail to produce a credential is a different thing, and we do that.
The minimum purchase is 50 credits
₦53,750 including VAT. You can spend them one at a time over years; you just cannot buy fewer in one go.

The full terms are on our terms of service, and how we handle payment data is in our privacy policy.

What the price does not cover, and what it does

We set up your awards; you issue under them. Award setup — agreeing the criteria, drawing the template, creating the signing key — is done by us and costs nothing. A manager on your account cannot create an award themselves, and we would rather you knew that before buying than after. Issuing under an approved award is yours to do whenever you like, as often as you like.

We send the recipient mailing. You choose when it goes out; the sending is ours. It is included.

Also included, and not metered: correcting a name on a credential you have already issued, and the verification page behind every credential you have ever issued. Those pages stay online and free for anyone to check, whatever your balance is. A credential someone holds is their qualification, not collateral against your account.

Frequently asked questions

What does one certificate cost?
₦1,000 plus VAT of ₦75, so ₦1,075 leaves your account for each certificate or badge you issue. There is no monthly fee, no per-recipient fee, and nothing to cancel.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes — 50 credits, which is ₦53,750 including VAT. Credits do not have to be used at once; they sit on your account until you issue.
When is a credit actually spent?
When a credential is created, not when you paste a list. If a recipient already holds that award, or the same address appears twice in one batch, those lines are skipped and cost nothing. The review screen shows the most a batch can cost before anything is issued, so you are never charged for more than you approve.
What happens if a credential cannot be produced?
We put the credit back. A credential that fails to render or sign is never published, and it is flagged in your dashboard so you can see both that it failed and that you were charged for it. Tell us and the credit is returned to your balance.
Do credits expire?
Yes, 5 years after the day they are bought. The expiry date for every purchase is shown in your dashboard. Credits are not refundable for cash, so buy what you expect to issue rather than stockpiling.
What is not charged for?
Setting up an award — the criteria, the artwork, the signing key — costs nothing, and neither does correcting a name on a credential you have already issued. Verification pages stay online and free for anyone to check, whatever your balance is.

Talk to us before you buy

We set your awards up before your first issuance, so the first conversation is about what you are issuing rather than about the platform.
